Description
The ARK Hills of Roppongi hold an Autumn festival at the same time as the Akasaka Hikawa Shrine Festival. Once a year, they perform a mikoshi togyo (relocating the shrines deity in a portable shrine), Bon-odori, food stalls and open-air markets.
