Description
Space is cleared on top of Mt. Daimonji, the resting place of the local deity, and torches gathered from the different neighborhoods of town to create a massive "Dai", the first character in "Daimonji" which means "large." It is a traditional ritual that takes after the famous mountain side one of Kyoto.
