Description
This is the grand Autumn festival of Shiba Daijingu. It is called Daradara (an onomatopoeia meaning "long" or "lazy") because of the length of the festival period and the long rains that visit. Ginger, or "shoga", is offered at the shrine alter as the festival's nickname is The Ginger Fair.
