Description
This is a mystical festival where rings of fire dance upon snow. A holy fire is lit to a straw bag with charcoal on a rope about 1m long, whereupon it is swung around in circles to ward off misfortune to one's rice fields and disease and disaster in one's family, as well as praying for safety inside the household for the next year.
