Description
This is the regional tradition of the Inari Shrine in the Keitoku area and the Isasumi Shrine of Aizumisato area in Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture. It is a time to pray for a rich harvest and features scarecrows and mikoshi (portable shrine) parade.
