Description
This is an event that includes villagers, groups of female performers known as Geiko, and even the festival goers for one massive good time of song and dance. During the day, you can see mikoshi (portable shrine) parades by youths and local "hot water girls" known as Yuna, the procession of giant Shishi, or mythical lion, as well as lacquer ware fairs.
