Description
This festival is held during the planting ceremony at Sengen Taisha Shrine's sacred rice field in order to thank Mt. Fuji's abundance of spring water, and to pray for good harvest. After the ceremony at the main shrine, a rice planting ritual and dances are offered at the field for its shrine.
