Description
Youths carry a large mikoshi (portable shrine) while dancing a unique tempoed step called the the Shinagawa Hyoshi. Don't miss the crew run up and down the steep steps of the shrine entrance. The festival also features over 100 open-air stands and even a child mikoshi.
