Description
Every year, people come from all over to witness a pride of Yamagata, the Juhyo, or "Ice Trees" of Zao, also known as "Ice Monsters". This festival features many events such as the "Juhyo 10k Nonstop Ski Slope", the "1,000 People Torch Skiing", and "Winter HANABI".
